Here is Bev from the Lung Foundation, now I am here with a new cancer, grade 2 tumour, right breast. I wanted to ask how the treatment is with letrozole, I know it can have side effects, but is it better than radiation? It's 13mm.
Anyway, I hope you're all feeling ok as can be expected. I send hugs, blessings to all, love Bev❤💐😊🦸♀️

I have not heard of it being used in isolation - so are you leaving a lumpectomy first? I had that and radiotherapy but no chemo then the drug regime is for five years . Like all the long term drug regimes the side effects can be trying but some people come off more lightly than others. So can’t answer re ‘instead of’. Radiotherapy is fine and effects wear off after a few months - my experience obviously
Thanks for that. I suppose everyone is different or the Oncologists. I have one lung now after cancer and there is fresh evidence of nodules in my right lung again, right breast, its different right now to operate until it's cleared up with the lung, apparently even with a lumpectomy the tablets will still be prescribed. Thanks for your response. I hope you're ok now. Have a good weekend, Bev👍🍀💐
