Not that I’ve found!

I tried anastrazole for 5 months and had bad hand cramps even after changing the time of day. For the past 2 weeks I’m taking lestrazol but still have hand cramps and aches in legs and hips. They both seem to keep you pretty uncomfortable and have many side effects. I plan on talking to my doctor to see as I researched if I can take meds every other day vs daily.

Hi Lavendar19. I started with Anestrozole & got a carpo tunnel side effects & couldnt use first 3 fingers on both hands. I was switched to letrozole & 2 others. Each got worse so I went back to Anestrozole. Seemingly not as bad for me. I took one estatreme or something like that & I couldn’t walk. Now I’m on 2 meds to calm down joints & I can walk again. All of them are awful but I want to take full course of at least 5 years for the prevention of getting cancer back. These meds work different on everyone. Good luck on your journey, I’m 3 years now with no cancer on left breast & 2 years on right breast. After 2 years on Anestrozole bad side effects are getting better. Hugs & prayers for you.
