Thought I would share this site. It is the only one I have found that lets you update your information as often as needed. They store the information on their site and anyone who needs to can call them and get your detailed information including conditions, medications and multiple physicians' contact information. Their telephone number and your member identification number are engraved on the back and you can engrave up to 5 lines of additional information. So far have not needed it, but it sure gives me peace of mind when I don't want to take my purse with me!

Thanks for this! I carry a list of my meds and what each one if for in my purse and the glove compartment of my car. I've wondered how easy it would be to download scan and path reports into a thumb drive.......
