I too have painiful intercourse problems. I find that inserting Liquibeads in the vaginal canal twice a week is helpful. Try applying coconut oil to the outer vaginal area as well. I hope this helps

Greetings: Sister/warrior try Shea butter mixed with almond oil on a tampon or enema plastic instrument inserted vaginally. Put this same Shea butter/almond oil mixture on your outside/inside lady parts. You can also try K-Y Gel just prior to you being intimate. God help me why am I not so comfortable giving this advice. I am imperfect , and trying to emerge from the cave of dogmatic thinking to the modern world we live in today. You also must drink lots of water, and eat good fats Fish, flax, avocado, and coconut oil, or take the supplements of these aforementioned. I do pray this will alleviate your problem. XoXoXoXo

thank you for the information. I am extremely happy with what I am using. I just use about 1/4inch of the topical sinecatechins once a day or every other day if I forget and it enables my own natural lubrication. It eliminated the pain that I had on the outside. A secret benefit that the clinical trial does not mention but I know they are collecting data on is that it also increases sensations down there that I had thought were gone forever. I was fortunate enough to have access to this before the clinical trial started. I thank you again for the information and sharing what worked for you. Not an easy topic for sure!
