Most guys can’t manage it, so I wouldn’t waste too much time trying. You’re fairly likely to damage your back if you put too much effort into it. Even if you do have some success, the discomfort that you’ll feel will take away from any pleasure. Better off with someone else doing it for you!
I have seen videos of younger men who could achieve autofellacio. They are probably contortionists but most men definitely could not achieve this. I do have a device called Autoblow which somewhat achieves the same outcome. I had a prostatectomy several years ago and was looking for alternatives for achieving satisfactory sexual stimulation and climax. There are several versions of this of devices like this and some are not what they are made out to be, but the Autoblow has worked for me.
I could do this in my early teens when I was skinny and before lifting weight and later injuring myself in numerous places, now those days are long gone. I don’t have any tips beyond laying on your back and letting your pelvis roll forward to let your boner fall directly in your face. Then just lick and suck your penis head.
