Since I broken up with my boyfriend a few months ago it’s hard to get horny (excuse me for being blunt). I've actually tried that before and it didn't work. It was a complete turn off for me.
lube and gentle stimulation while listening to music or meditation is an idea. you need to be gentle with yourself and try and unclutter your mind of thoughts of the ex if that wasn't good for you or if you miss him.
