Pregnancy??

Okay I am 11 days through with no period. I got a pregnancy test and the instructions said that you use it a few days before your expected period. Well as you can tell I am way past that. I tried to look online and can't find anything on what to do. And even called the clinic and hospital to try to get some advise and they said they can't do medical advice. I would like some help and instruction.
