Penile Implants

Here in the U.S. there are two penile implants for E. D. They are the Coloplast Titan and the AMS 700. Both are internal with a saline water bulb hidden in the scrotum. When an erection is needed it is pumped up. Afterwards a click and the thing puts the fluid back in the bulb. Surgery looks barbaric. However, it appears to be a solution to E. D. Anyone out there willing to share their experience?

My implant was done 3 years ago. I have am AMS 700 LGX that was 21cm long and done through the scrotum. I was in pain for the first week, but nothing unbearable. I'm 68 years old now and it was probably the best thing I've ever done. There's a website that has tons of info, franktalk.org.
