Started to notice this a while ago but never really paid much attention until my girlfriend said something about it.. Its a straight line right on the frenulum and nothing else, it doesn’t hurt but it is hard and noticeable. Any idea?

Hi, they could be warts you should have it checked with your doctor or STI clinic and have them treated they are in a very delicate area with the frenulum.

It looks like warts. You should definitely go to an STI clinic to get them checked - if they are warts, they will be able to freeze them off. Don’t try to treat them yourself.
