What can I do to relieve these issues

It is really difficult trying to cope with this.

But you have to try and be persistent with yourself.

Seek help, Dr,The Samaritans or AnE if you feeling suicidal.

Help is out there. This is the first step.

Just getting out and being with people is a start.
