Sufrí una arritmia severa hace 2 años. Hacía media maratón como hobby. Me hicieron cardioversion y ahora tengo tratamiento con hipotensores. Sin poder hacer ejercicios solo caminando. Necesito consejos que me ayuden. A qué comunidad me debo unir. Gracias. Un abrazo a todos
