Sarcoidosis in stomach

Anyone have any symptoms of stomach pain through there sarcoidosis my wife was diagnosed Three years ago and has been ok for about 18 months but is now having some stomach problems, it was originally in her lymph nodes necks and face thanks in advance for any advice
