This is nothing to do with my other health conditions! I have had 'pins and needles' at the tips of my fingers three times in the past months. It is horrible and wakes me up from sleep! I was told by a doctor that it is caused by low calcium in your blood. So I go downstairs and drink one or two cups of milk and it goes almost immediately. I just thought I would pass on this information to everyone. It happened last night and thank goodness I know about the milk cure.

I do! Thanks for the tip
Wow that’s amazing, I’ve been suffering with pins & needles & numbness in my feet, hands & face & no one has ever mentioned this, it does make sense as I was diagnosed with osteoporosis last year. Huge thanks for sharing, I’m going to have a glass every night before I go to bed.
