You will find it difficult to be diagnosed as a lot of the symptoms are also problems in their own right. I am fairly sure mine has returned but all they say is possible sarcoidosis when I have experienced 9 out of 10 symptoms. I had inflammation of lymphnodes in my lungs back in 2001 and I was very out of breath when walking up even slight slopes. It stayed for about 3 yrs and then went quite suddenly. I still have rampant arthritis in my knees and am due to have one replaced early next year. I consider my illnesses an inconvenience and it could be a lot worse. Take care, good luck and enjoy 2017. Kind Regards. Graham
