just got mine going fill it in now , im not a member of the RLS/UK if i was i would have responded to Daragh message just so there would be a rough idea how many would do it ,

Just to clarify, members of the RLS-UK charity will receive a copy of the questionnaire with their next newsletter. RLS-UK charity members therefore do not need to respond to me for now.

However a significant majority of this forum's users are not RLS-UK charity members, so I am asking those non-members to help by answering the questionnaire.

The UK response rate the last time this survey was done was poor so I was hoping that having this huge additional pool of people (i.e. the HealthUnlocked users) would change that... I still hope it will!!

EXACTLY..,, not everyone on here who ask for advise and support are RLS.UK members, so we NEED them to respond to the original question, and state they are willing to take part.

We know its not compulsery to do this. BUT, as RLSers we could ALL benefit by taking part...

By standing together we CAN make a difference....

Come on folks...!!!! lets try to help to make that difference..

I am most proud to be a paid of member of RLS-UK. Keep up the good work Daragh, even if you feel you are banging your head up against a brick wall sometimes with us lot. Let's hope that the reponse will be better this year than last. It should be. We have to think positive, don't we?

Come on , people. Like Elisse says, we are getting a really poor response here. It will take 15 minutes out of you time, and it WILL do some good! Daragh is posting me the questinonairre as well, and I have to make sure they know I from the US. So, come on, let's get going and doing something positive. This is being done for a second time because of the poor esponse it got a few yrs ago, not thru this group, I don't think, since this is new. Most of the stats we have for RLS come from the US. We need some from your side of the pond; a LOT. The balance of information is way off, and I know most of you have time to do this! just sayin......be part of the solution..........

Hi I'm so sorry i have been ill BUT i have just sent in the questionaire,

however not been very well up on computers i did find it hard to copy,

+paste the questionaire to email it back to Daragh,

I think Daragh would get a better repsonce if you could fill it in,

via a website like this on a just click a submit button on a web,

page to make it slightly easier to fill it in + send back to Daragh?,

Just a thought BUT I hope i have helped the cause by filling-in,

+ sending it off to Daragh.
