irritated the crap out of my legs having them vibrate. I cannot stand any stimulation to my legs, so that is me and MY experience, but it all comes down to trial and error and what WORKS for you. Don't spend a lot of money on anything you have not tried first, though. Do you have a link that could show me exactly what it is like? Never mind I can google it. :)

I would say off the top of my head, that they wouldnt work for RLS. I tried a foot massage machine, and the vibrating irritated my legs and made them jump. But who knows what might work. I wouldnt pay a fortune for anything that MIGHT help. I got my massager off of ebay and was really cheap, which seeing it didnt help, i was glad i didnt spend a fortune.

I know we all get desperate and hope something we see will be the thing which gives us the "cure" or better relief than the meds do.

hi

No I have not tried any machines for my RLS. What I have tried and has helped is treatment at the Health Farm I have been to 2x a year for three weeks at the time for the last ca three years..

Every morning there at ca 07:30 I went and got cold water sprayed on my legs from the knees down. This is a German method do not remeber the name.

At the same place I go to water gymnastics evry day, after I done the exercises I go to a small pool where you walk first through a 12C the through another one 28C like this you go back and forth 10 times.

I hope you can understand my English.

Thanks all, I did try one at a show and it has been proved to lower Blood Pressure which I have and am also sure the BP meds make my legs worse. So in a round about way lower BP means less meds so maybe for me.???? Who knows. May try to get one cheap on EBAY and if no good resell.

Yes, I have one, it is great for increasing your circulation all over and toning your muscles but unfortunately did not help with the RLS but it did not make it worse either. But I have recently been given a leg massager by my mum (she did not buy it herself) and you rest your calves on it and it vibrates and shakes your lower legs and I have definitely found a improvement and my legs have less pain and aches in the morning when waking. The name of this machine is called "Relaxer Exercising" strange name but it was made in China by a company called Yejen Industries Ltd, Model No: YJ-6014C. Hope this helps you.

I don't know what this is but years ago I bought a foot spa massager that vibrated and it just made my RLS worse.
