Does anyone know if the Neuro patch is available in Canada? I have trouble tolerating Ropinirole and have tried other meds with no luck.

I tried to get a scrip filled via a Canadian pharmacy in Michigan without any luck. I have heard it is indeed available, but couldn't find anybody who would ship it to me in the US. Good luck.

Thank you so much for your answer, Cathy. I have asked two doctors about the Neupro patch, neither one had ever heard of it. I also got the impression that they werent interested! RLS seems to be such a complicated condition that doctors would sooner not hear about it!

Where are you located? According to my neuro it will be back on the market by mid-July in the US. My dr. said that since nobody actually dies from RLS it's not a huge priority. Guess we won't be doing walk-a-thons or telethons, eh? Maybe we need a celebrity to induce some action in the field! Keep trying to find somebody who can help. It is the only thing that's been helpful to me and worth fighting for. Good luck!

I live on the west coast of Canada. When I asked my doctor about the Neupro patch, he seemed totally uninterested and said he had never heard of it. End of story! His answer to the problem is to send me to a Sleep Clinic a hundred miles away, which at first I didn't want to do but after listening to others, I have decided to give it a try.

This support group is amazing! Such a huge help to have found other common sufferers!
