After a particularly bad night I’m thinking of trying gummies. I’ve searched on here and found info …. THC, indica etc……. but where to buy for UK delivery ?

gummies?

For CBD gummies I use Orange County. Super quick delivery. I find the CBD helps for a short while so get through a fair few.
Looking at your profile I see Lanzoprozole listed. It is a proton pump inhibitor and RLS-UK says most proton pump inhibitors worsen RLS. A safe substitute is Gaviscon Advance. Be sure it is Advance. You can get it on Amazon. Take it 30 minutes after eating and 4 hours before or 2 hours after taking iron.
You also list high cholesterol but not anything you are taking for it. Statins are usually prescribed but they make RLS worse. Safe substitutes are Nexlizet (Nustendi (UK) is a cholesterol lowering drug that is not a statin, but I don’t know if it exacerbates RLS symptoms. Ezetimibe (Zetia) - reduces cholesterol although It doesn't reduce cholesterol as fast as the statins, but according to Chris Columbus it didn't trigger his RLS, however don't take it if you have diabetes and then there is Triglide which seems safe. Berberine may help if it is mildly elevated. You might want to discuss these with your doctor. A more difficult way to reduce cholesterol is to go vegan. My husband lowered his cholesterol from 221 to 131 this way.
Thank you Sue. I’d love to come off Lanzaprazole but previous attempts have been unsuccessful. Ironically, I was doing well with cutting them back to 2 a week until the RLS really ramped up in 2021 - the pregabalin I was prescribed made the acid reflux much worse. My mother has just gifted me a huge bottle of gaviscon advance so I’ll give it another try
I’m not on statins - I do think I should be, with a family history of strokes, but the doctors seem to think that my overall cholesterol is not that high (at 6) and ignore the high LDL (3.5) and triglycerides (1.9). My blood pressure is normal, which helps. And they say to lose weight (am trying - I gained 10lb when starting pregabalin and 10lb when I increased the dose which doesn’t help with the cholesterol) Not sure I could go vegan - is life without cheese not devoid of joy??! But I could certainly look to include vegan meals more often
Has anyone tried inclisiran for lowering cholesterol? It’s given by injection to patients who don’t tolerate statins or where statins don’t work. Very effective for LDL with (I think) around a 40% reduction.
