Hi there - sorry my text should have read “after four days LOW dosage”. I cannot remember dose - just know it was low. I had been on another beta blocker a few years ago but my heart rate dropped too low and I had to stop. I hope it works for you. I am one of these people that has difficulty with many drugs.

I take propranolol for “essential tremor” in the morning. It doesn’t appear to affect my RLS. I occasionally take an extra dose in the evening and, again, I don’t see a difference in my RLS.
