on a recent visit to Poland from the UK I got talking to someone and explained about my restless legs and they told me about Restonum Ls ( please look them up às the packet ive got is in polish ) which they explained there a muscle relaxant what I'm worried about being there over the counter meds will it be OK taking them alongside pregabalin and codeine phosphate? Dosage for Restonum Ls is one daily many thank x

It's a mixture of magnesium, vit b and c.

No issues unless you change to Gabapentin.

Might be worth looking at the components and seeing if you can make it up cheaper yourself?
