Can someone provide citation/reputable literature with a starting dose, recommended dosage form and dose ranges for treatment of restless legs following augmentation ….. for someone who is now experiencing the pain variant of RLS? Maybe I overlooked it in UpToDate, but I don’t see an “off label” category and recommendations. I have the Mayo Clinic articles.

In the UK, it's still difficult to get Buprenorphine.
I’m in Florida. I have the Mayo guidelines. I just wanted to have a reference to add to Mayo’s guidelines indicating off label use when I present the information to a friends’s physician. Thank you
Hopefully they'll look at Dr Buchfuhrer's study on Buprenorphine and prescribe. The Jacksonville Sleep Centre prescribes Buprenorphine for RLS.
