They are both good.
If you have a doctor willing to prescribe either, I would suggest working with him/her to experiment with both. They likely won't prescribe both at the same time. But start with one and see how the side effects are for you. Then try the other. Any opioid comes with a long list of side effects, and we all react differently. You don't need to titrate dosage when switching between two differrent opioids - only when weaning off them completely.
