I was wondering. If mirapax is so bad for you, what happens to the parkinsons patients that must take it? Is that different?

People who have both Parkinson's and RLS don't typically get augmentation.

It has been widely shown that dopamine agonists - including pramipexole (Mirapex, Mirapexin, Sifrol etc), ropinirole (Requip, Repreve, Ronirol etc) and rotigotine (Neupro, Leganto etc) - ultimately make RLS worse, and also can cause Impulse Control Disorders (ICD).

They have also been linked to impulsive & compulsive behaviours in Parkinson's, but not to augmentation.
