I've not seen any adverse RLS reports on denosumab (Prolia, Xgeva) but some side effects are always possible: there are fairly common reports of pain in the arms or legs, and less common reports of cramps and itching (amongst other possibilities).

It's possible that it may as can cause hypocalcemia (low blood serum calcium) and calcium is important for correct nerve signaling.

Are you having Prolia injections for osetoporrosis? If so recent reasearch has shown that calcium is only one part of the problem. youtu.be/1T_L9qBcePk?si=Ovf...

I just had a bone density scan and the results showed osteopenia. I have an appointment with my endocrinologist in a couple of weeks and I know he’s going to suggest this so I wanna do my research first.

It has not affected me. I've taken the shots for about 4 years. There is no uptick in incidents or severity.

You are welcome, but keep in mind that we're all different. I think it's safe though because I've never heard of a complaint re Prolia.
