Gabapentin to pregabalin and back to gabapentin

You can switch directly. From pregabalin multiply by 6 to get the gabapentin dose and from gabapentin divide by 6. And you can switch back and forth as often as you like. I take gabapentin but on nights when it would be inconvenient to take it in divided doses I take pregabalin.
