I take gabapentin 100mg at 4pm and 200mg at 10pm. My symptom is numbness. With that amount, the numbness will be a little less, but it will be enough to feel it. But I can still sleep. My question to you all is, if you take the appropriate amount of gabapentin, will your symptoms completely go away? If I can sleep, I don't need to increase the amount of medicine I take?

Effects of gabapentin
I take 600 mg at 9:15 pm, 600 mg at 7 pm and 300 mg at 5 pmh and I have no numbness and it completely controls my symptoms.
That’s not a high dose of gabapentin, but if it’s controlling your RLS and you are sleeping well then I see no reason to increase. You seem to say that you also take gabapentin for numbness (?) which I assume is some sort of neuropathic issue. If so, then how much you take for that depends on how uncomfortable you feel with the numbness and also how effective the gabapentin is. I took pregabalin (which is very similar to gabapentin) for neuropathic problems where I was getting odd sensations in my legs mainly and sometimes pain and I found it helped to reduce them and make me less anxious but it never completely got rid if them, so in the end I stopped it and just got used to the sensations.
I was told that there was no problem with my nerves. I feel like an electric current is flowing through me, but is that a rare symptom of RLS?It's uncomfortable if the numbness doesn't go away completely, but if you're able to sleep well, I'll refrain from increasing the amount of medicine you take in preparation for the future. thank you!
