I am slowly increasing my Pregabalin from 150mg. Yesterday I was up to 200mg that's in about 6 days and still no change in my sleeping, restlessness, tossing and turning but no RLS. Last night I went up another 25mg. a better night sleep but slept nearly all day. WHY

2 possibilities. Pregabalin can make you sleepy which sometimes carries over into the next day, or you are just catching up on all the sleep you have missed. I guess you will find out tomorrow. Or probably a combination of the two. It would be rare to have pregabalin make you sleep all day.
