A chap on tv Gp program in a lot of pain was diagnosed with a liver problem because he had been on a cocktail of drugs for the pain.I wasn't diagnosed coeliac condition until it was to late and left me with lots of problems including Rl s ,I've been free for a month but it came back and bitme because I'D been bending my legs and carrying which I new would upset the rls point but I wasn't worried because I know how to stop the sensation , first I bend my legs up to my chest and then

identify where the pain coming from top or bottom of leg if

it's coming from the ankle area press hard above the ankle bone if it hurts that's one point of many.

It up to you how to treat the points but I used a Tsubo to locate the point and treat it but it hurts like hell.

If the Tusubo dosnt stop it altogether Moxibustion will.🤔
