advice on reducing Gabapentin please

hi everyone- I am managing my RLS better through diet and supplements now and only take 100mg of gabapentin a night, I want to stop for a while and see how it goes, do I need to reduce the dose at this level or can I just stop taking it? Thanks!

At only 100 mg you can just stop taking it.

Depends on how long you have been on it. Many people find the last dose of gabapentin/pregabalin the most difficult to come off. Some people use the water titration method to come off it completely. This is more relevant when one has been on a high dose and for a lengthy period of time.
