Gabapentin / Pregablin

If I'm on 1500 Gabapentin what would the equivalent dose of Pregablin be?

(Been on gabapentin 4 years and I struggle, asked to be put on Pregablin to see if will help.)

250 mg and you can switch directly. And you don't need to divide the doses on pregabalin. If it is not helping you could try increasing the pregabalin by 25 mg every couple of days.
