Pregabalin augmentation

Ive been taking pregabalin for several years but in the last few months it doesn't seem to be so effective. Has anyone else found this?

You can't augment on pregabalin. If it is not as effective either you may have changed something like a new medicine or OTC supplement or a change in your lifestyle like mo e vigorous exercise. If that is not the case then you probably need to increase your dose by .25 mg. You were taking 225 mg and 450 mg is the maximum dose.
