No it is not safe. There are only 2 antidepressants that are safe for RLS. Trazodone and zyban.
Made my rls much worse.
Alas not safe. I remember from many years ago that mirtazapine caused my RLS to get worse - that was over 30 years ago, back in the dark ages. A quick Google suggests the risk is well known now & has been for some time - e.g. see this study: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/187...
