I have been taking 0.26mg of Pramapexole plus 100mg Tramadol for around 8 years. This is my second bout of Pramapexole, first time around after a good few years I augmented, had a break then started again. It really has been a good drug for me but of course I am paying the price again.
My question is, what are people taking, I am out of touch, plus Lyrica, and the other similar one totally made me ill.
Also, how many Tramadol can I take to help with the withdrawal.

Did you try both or just Lyrica and assumed gabapentin would do the same? Did you give it at least 3 weeks to see if the side effect would go away?
Yes Sue, I tried both, they are very similar anyway and I was really ill for months. I had a very bad reaction .
I definitely cannot go down that road.

Hi KeiraleeI emailed Dr Buchfuhrer while going through similar withdrawal from Ropinirole. He said I should take 50mg tramadol every 4 hours during the week leading up to stopping the last dose and for the 2 weeks of serious withdrawal after.
However, it didn't seem to help me much. I found cannabis helped me much more.
If pregabalin and gabapentin made you really ill and you tried for at least 6 weeks, your only other option is low dose opioids.
Or getting an iron infusion if your serum ferritin is low. That seems to help many.
