Hi all

Just came across this 2011 article. Have any of you experienced this to be true? Since I’ve been in this group I’ve never seen shares about this.

It's well known that sex and masturbation help RLS. I haven't read the full article yet, just the beginning.

Good evening, 2bhere. Yes, it turns out that there has been quite a bit written on this website about the relief found by some RLS sufferers following sex.

Though there appears to be consensus on the potential benefits, there is a raging debate in some quarters as to whether or not masturbation rather than heterosexual sex is more efficacious (or in any event, sometimes may be easier to come by).
