Here's an article that might help - basically avoid high glycemic (foods that become glucose quickly) like breads, candy, pastries and really any processed foods. Paleo/Keto diets mostly avoid processed foods.

i agree friendly foods not a prescribed diet removed all. fibromyalgia symptoms , except restless legs, which are getting close to healing. years of tweaking different foods with a diary pay off for others i know

In my experience: avoid diet food and drinks containing artificial sweeteners as much as possible; cut back on sugary foods and drinks if you haven't already done so; I find I need to be very moderate with caffeinated drinks, although some find that these help; I find that I have to be very moderate with crisps/potato chips and similar snacks; avoid highly processed foods as Dic writes...
