Targin and pregabalin

for the last three years I use Targin10/5 mg and 75mg pregabalin it works for 75% at the moment

But the 25% what is left is very bad when in full blow nothing helps any more and life is not worth living. My question is would medicinal cannabis at that time help ?

Yes it would probably help, but why not increase your pregabalin? 75 mg is still a low dose.

Hi Aetje, I started taking pregabalin a little over 2 years ago. I understand what you mean when say your legs are full blown. Mine were like that 22 hours a day. I went on pregabalin 100 mg and increased 50mg at a time until my legs calmed down. You are taking 75 mg. I don't think it is enough. If you can get your doctor to increase your pregabalin you should see an improvement. I'm allowed 450mg a day. I take 250 mg 3 to 4 hours before bedtime. I try to keep my dosage at that. Some days I need more. Everyone is different. I hope this helps you.

I was prescribed cbd by my sleep specialist.U need to increase dose gradually over 4weeks and must take it every night.

Unfortunately it didn’t help my poor sleep pattern or RLS!

Hopefully it may help you though.. worth a try.
