quad pain people—are you still out there?

Someone posted about quad pain some months ago—I can’t find the post (meant to save it, but clearly failed) but would love to find that person/other thread responders. I posted at the time that I also had quad pain while on/ after coming off DAs, but it was seemingly managed by gabapentin. I spoke too soon. Quad pain is back—looking for fellow sufferers and any solutions. I did not have leg pain before DAs so attribute this more that than I do RLS (the traditional symptoms of which I rarely get anymore with gabapentin).
