Shouldn't be any. If you find you need more increase it by 100 mg every couple of days until you find the dose that works for you. Take it 1 to 2 hours before bedtime. If you need more than 600 mg take the extra 4 hours before bedtime as it is not as well absorbed above 600 mg. If you need more than 1200 mg, take the extra 6 hours before bedtime. Have you had your ferritin checked?

I saw from your post a couple years ago that you were taking ferrous bisglycinate every other day so I gather they haven't succeeded in raising your ferritin above 100. Are you taking them at night at least 2 hours after a meal or coffee? And with 100 mg of Vitamin C or a little orange juice. Also if you are taking magnesium, take it at least 2 hours apart from the iron and don't take magnesium within 3 hours of gabapentin. Also don't take tumeric if you are taking iron. And don't take antacids nor calcium at same time as iron. Also make sure you don't have low Vitamin D. If following all of these, you may want to take your iron every 24 hours but be sure it is 24 hours apart. You may also want to take 75 mg of ferrous bisglycinate.
