I've been taking only 25 mg of pregabalin for about 2 months. I had 4 migraines last month, usually only have one. I'm thinking it may be the pregabalin. I've been off klonopin for about a month which I did to start the pregablin. It's either the lack of klonopin or adding the pregabalin, the only 2 things that have changed. Has anyone had increased migraines with the pregabalin?

Another pregabalin/lyrica question
I haven't had migraines on pregabalin but read recently that withdrawal effects from clonazepam (klonopin) can last for weeks/ months. This is particularly the case if you were on it for a lengthy period.
Headaches can be a side effect of pregabalin but pregabalin has actually been used to decrease the frequency of migraines. The same is true for klonopin, so stopping it is the likely cause.
Hi charlie1234567890 highly doubt your migraines have anything to do with Pregabalin- especially since you are on a very low dose. I also get migraine headaches but have never experienced an increase in migraines as an adverse reaction to Pregabalin. Klonopin is a more likely cause. Good luck to you.
Lyrica made me feel like half alive...like id been poisoned. Going off glutamine and taking the suppliment GABA has helped tremendously.!
Which GABA supplement do you take? How much do you take? When do you take it? How long have you been taking it? Any side effects? Did it work the first time (or did it take a couple of days for it to kick in)?
