The study concluded that:

"Two weeks of nightly sublingual administration of a cannabinoid extract (ZTL-101) is well tolerated and improves insomnia symptoms and sleep quality in individuals with chronic insomnia symptoms."

Details of the THC/CBD/CBN ratio are in the article.

The formulation used in the study is Zenivol, a commercially available product.

Medical cannabis is now available in the UK, although most people still don't know this.I find it very useful to help sleep although it doesn't really stop my RLS.

Definitely worth a try if anyone suffers insomnia without the RLS symptoms.

I know cannabis does help many with RLS as well.
