Gabapentin at Night

Hi All

Just an update on my situation, since switching my Gabapentin to evenings and all other meds in the mornings I have had much better results. Even though I am still going to bed at 1.00am ish I am finding that I am more tired so am able to sleep straight through to 7.00am without any interruptions with RLS. This doesn't happen every night but less so and with the weather in the UK at the moment its very difficult to sleep anyway, so I am very grateful to everyone's help. Also I think since switching my HRT to a higher dose at the same time has also helped. Lets hope this continues for the foreseeable. Many thanks again x

Had a similar experience. I take blood pressure medication. Used to take it at bedtime. Now take it at noon with just pregabalin at bedtime. Seem to be getting better results. Will see how long it continues. Continued good fortune for you!
