RLS on holiday.

I take 0.5 Ropinerole for a generally mild symptom of RLS that generally starts early evening. I went recently on holiday to Tenerife for two weeks and apart from about 2 nights I did not experience any RLS and a good night sleep! At home I'm normally awake after a few hours but no RLS because of the Ropinerole. I find it odd that my RLS had virtually disappeared on holiday but back to the normal RLS now at home! I'm rather baffled by this and maybe someone can shed some light on it.

So many people report the same. It's probably a rush of dopamine ( the pleasure hormone) because you were on holiday. I can't explain it any other way.

How different is your diet between hols and home?

I usually find it's the other way round!

Sounds like there's an environmental exposure at home that wasn't there on holiday. Diet, drinking water, bathing water, EMF, food prep.
