Hi
Does anyone have any experience of using this for RLS? Searching HU it appears in other forums (re anxiety etc) but haven’t seen here.
Thanks 😊

I'd never heard of it before your post but it seems to have Gaba mimetic properties so it may help some people.Hopefully someone will reply.
I still have a few bottles. Tried it, didn't seem to make any difference at all. From the time I was clutching at straws and trying everything that was suggested. Like many, I have a cupboard full. Although I did clean it out somewhat a while ago.
In sum, try it if you wish and can spare the money, but don't hold your breath.
I use it. It is somewhat relaxing but it seems to lose efficiency if you use it every day. You might want to try a supplement with ashwagandha ksm-66, a more standardized full spectrum extract. In Sanskrit, ashwagandha literally means “to impart the strength of a horse.” It supports the activity of the immune system, brain health and thyroid function.
Thanks. I couldn’t get the link to work 😕
The link worked ok for me. Click on the link and then there is a redirect notice for the link from HU. (Goodness knows why they always do that!) Click on that as well.
I know what you mean but this just says “400 bad request “
I’ve now ordered some so will report back!! 😊
I hope it works for you. Please keep us updated with your experience using Ashwagandha 😊
Any use? Have you got an update on Ashwagandha pl! Which one to get and is it a waste of money?
Didn’t make any difference I’m afraid, thought I felt a bit more chilled for the first few days but no difference to legs at all
Here's an article on Dr Axe - most supplements are standardized. I take it when I wake in the night - not sure if it helps or not.
