Stevia 😱

I never use artificial sweeteners nor drink diet sodas. Last night I inadvertently consumed Stevia that was in “ sugar free” yogurt. I neglected to read the label and wound up awake on and off all night! Stevia is now on my “Never!” List.

You certainly may be sensitive to Stevia, but Stevia is not artificial. It is from the leaves of a plant named, oddly enough, stevia. 😜

Stevia does not make my RLS worse.

I had a teaspoon of lemon flavoured magnesium citrate powder the last 2 nights. On the second night my legs and arms went through the roof and I felt very agitated all night and the next day. Then I realised it had sucralose and sorbitol in the ingredients. One a natural sugar and the other artificial. We need to really watch what we put in our mouths.
