Lactose intolerance

I've just been diagnosed with lactose intolerance after suffering years with digestive problems, can lactose intolerance cause or make rls worse?

Has anyone else had or is having this issue and it has been related to the rls as facing a complete diet overhaul and was wondering if there's any hope of the rls getting better when I do.

Thank you I'm researching as much as possible to find ways of improving the rls and changing what I can but I am hoping that taking lactose out of my diet will improve alot of things. Only time will tell at the moment.
