Not tried it. I suspect that there won’t be much it can do for RLS/PLMS. I have tried a lot of the standard sleep hygiene techniques and I have found them pretty ineffective.

I never used to have any problem with sleep until the RLS got worse. Even now I am asleep within minutes of hitting the pillow, it’s just that the RLS builds and normally I’m awake again within an hour.

However I’d be interested to hear how other people got on!

This seems to be a specific kind of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.

I wouldn't be too skeptical about its effectiveness,it may be of some help if you have RLS. I also have problems with sleep for other reasons.

There's three levels of help Lite (95 GBP), Essential (295 GBP) and Plus (485 GBP).

UK citizens can get NHS access to the Essential level, it requires a doctor's referral.

The key is finding out why you can't sleep through the night. One of the main reasons is low liver glycogen levels...just for a start.
