Why do you think it will help in anyway???

Because I never have it until after I've had lunch and it then gets worse after my main meal. 4 hours later it's bedtime when it hits hard. Just a thought

Interesting question! If the rls is triggered by anything taken through the mouth( including tap water and toothpaste) then it could help eliminate those factors.

If it's primary rls, then it would be interesting to see the outcome.

Are you prepared to give it a go?

I think I'd be dead by the end of the experience 😁

Looking forward to hearing from you soon!

I don't know but if most people don't have rls in the morning when nothing has been ingested for maybe 8 or 9 hours maybe it's a result of a full stomach, intestines, bowel. Is anyone willing to try?

I think that may have something to do with dopamine levels in morning and evening??

Here is an older post regarding fasting. You might also consider intermittent fasting - narrowing your window of eating - Second Link below.

Then there's this - I did learn - Akathsia - the irresistible urge to move comes from the Greek "to not sit"! I guess so!
