I have not fully effect with 150 mg lyrica. But combinated with a small dose of sifrol it seems to work. Has anyone experienced this? I have used sifrol for almost a year and suffered insomnia, but it was very efficiant to my RLS.

Lyrica combined with Sifrol
It is possible to increase the dose of Lyrica up to 450mg if it's not fully effective. However this would increase any side effects.
It is possible to combine lyrica and sifrol.
You should however keep the dose of sifrol as low as possible, no more than 0.25mg.
Sifrol is "seductively" effective, at first. Be aware that usiung higher doses or using sifrol in the longer term can cause dopaminergic augmentaion, a significant worsening of RLS.
Hopefully you're aware of the role of iron therapy in RLS. Iron deficiency is a major causative factor in RLS. A blood test for ferritin would help. If your ferritin is under 75ug/L then it would be a good idea to start taing an oral iron supplement.
If you're taking any other medicines, they may be making your RLS worse. These inckude antidepressants and antihistamines amongst many others.
Thank you!!
