Hi, take a look at this website. It lists the effects of a lot of medication with RLS, and at the top of the page there is a link to a medical card that lists which medicines can aggravate RLS.

Thank you. I found the card but it does not list Beta blockers. Can you tell me where I could find that info on the website you suggested I look at?

Hi, I looked at the site and on RLS-UK.org and beta blockers aren't listed as usually causing an issue so I would assume from that you can take them. Then if your RLS does flare, stop the drug and if the RLS improves you know it's a trigger. But hopefully it won't be an issue. Good luck.
