Is it possible that your RLS meds could bring on the symptoms?? There have been times when I felt fine, took my meds before bed and within 20 minutes started experiencing the beginning of RLS but they go away before I go to bed. Anyone else??

Me too, I take .25 Ropinerole x 6 an hour before bed and nearly every night I experience RLS symptoms for about 20 - 30 minutes before they go away and I can go to bed. So you are not alone, I do not know if it is a minor allergic reaction or what - at least it does work after that. I do not like the augmentation of Robinerole but that is a different issue.

I suffered the same effects when taking Pramipexole previously, and also now while taking Pregabalin, so it seems it is not confined to one particular medication.

I take mine about 4 ish in afternoon and it does make RLS start for about an hour then goes. This means I can enjoy an evening with hubby and tv with some peace before bed, which is now mainly in spare bedroom due to insomnia and early morning RLS.
